Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is central to our financial operations, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, treasury oversight, and accounting compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively.
As a key partner to the Group Controller, you will help guide financial strategy and ensure operational excellence through strong governance, reporting accuracy, and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the timely, accurate and complete accounting activities of the group including AR, AP, Banks, Cash, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Trial balance

  • Lead the bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations activities of the group (including a team of ….)

  • Manages and coordinates the office’s overhead accounting, administration and operations, intercompany and transfer pricing accounting

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, federal policies, and accounting practices.

  • Local VAT & Tax reporting

  • Assist in maintaining internal financial controls

  • Support the group controller on the preparation of financial statements

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Technical Skills


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with a CPA (big four experience preferred)

  • In-depth knowledge of the local accounting standards [JH1] and IFRS or US GAAP

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Priority is a plus)

  • Detail oriented, team player, pragmatic approach and solutions-oriented, accustomed to working with mid-size, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.

  • Good interpersonal and people management skills. Clear and effective communication style.

  • Dynamic with high drive, initiative and energy

  • Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy without jeopardizing scheduled deadlines.

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus

  • Valid work permits
